Payment Terms: The Buyer agrees to make the total payment for the product(s). Delivery Terms: The Seller agrees to deliver the product(s) to the Buyer's address on or before the agreed delivery date. Discount Applied: This order was created during the promotional offer so the discount will be applied. Warranty: The Seller offers a warranty period of 9 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises during the warranty period, the Seller will repair or replace the product at no charge to the Buyer. Quality Assurance: Each product undergoes a comprehensive quality control process before shipping. The Seller strives to ensure that no minor faults go unnoticed. In the event a defect is discovered after delivery, the Buyer is encouraged to contact the Seller for assistance under the warranty terms. Limitation of Liability: The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the product(s). Refund Policy: We are committed to providing the best quality and an exceptional purchasing experience. Here is our refund policy: Cancellation and Refunds: Full Refund: Cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund of your deposit. For down payments made to create an active order. The seller receives a full refund if they cancel their order in under 15 months. Partial Refund: Cancel within 30 business days of the agreed delivery date for a 50% refund of the total purchase price, minus customization fees. No Refund: Cancellations within 3 business days to the agreed delivery date are not eligible for a refund. Custom Modifications: Payments made for custom modifications are not refundable. If the buyer is unsatisfied with the custom modifications. The seller must resolve the issue and at no extra cost. Return Policy: If unsatisfied upon delivery, you may return the product within 7 days for a full refund, provided it is in original condition. The customer is responsible for all return costs. Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Sales Contract as of the date first above written. Comments: The buyer is covered by our refund, return/replacement policy. The product comes with a 9-year warranty.
